Therapy for growth and self-understanding
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the wish is simpler, and just as valid: to understand yourself better, to feel more confident, or to work out what you want from this next chapter.
This kind of therapy is a space to step back and reflect, with someone curious and on your side, so you can move through life with more clarity, steadiness and self-compassion.
What might bring you
People come to this work for many reasons. You might recognise some of these:
- A sense that something needs to change, even if it’s hard to name
- Wanting more confidence, or a kinder relationship with yourself
- Feeling stuck, restless, or unsure of your direction
- Questions of meaning, values, or identity
- Understanding recurring patterns in how you think and act
- Building on the person you already are
How I work
This is collaborative, reflective work. We follow your curiosity, exploring the patterns, beliefs and experiences that have shaped you, and noticing what still fits and what you’d like to grow beyond.
Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor the work to you. There’s no agenda other than yours.
Growth rarely means becoming someone new. More often it’s about coming home to yourself, with more understanding, more compassion, and more freedom to choose.
